Connect sales
with your accounts.
A CRM stores customer contacts and sales information. We help connect it with your accounting software so agreed details can move between them. We check which tools you use, who approves changes and how to prevent duplicate records.
Give the handoff
a clear owner.
Copying every field in both directions creates conflicting records. A reliable integration defines ownership at field and lifecycle level: who can create a customer, when an invoice can be raised and how corrections are handled.

Keep the exceptions visible.
- 01
Agree
Define the event that should trigger the handoff.
- 02
Map
Assign ownership for customer, quote and finance fields.
- 03
Transfer
Validate the record and retain the destination reference.
- 04
Reconcile
Expose failures, duplicates and changes for review.
The connection times out after the destination creates a record. A retry checks the retained reference or agreed unique request reference before attempting another creation.
A proposed design using fictional examples. The actual workflow depends on your systems, authority rules and approved scope.
An accepted quote becomes a controlled handoff
A fictional CRM marks a quote accepted. The integration checks the customer reference and required billing fields before creating an approved draft in finance. It writes the resulting identifier back to the CRM. If a required field is missing, the item goes to review instead of producing a partial invoice.
We assess native integrations and existing connectors before recommending custom work. Names such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, HubSpot and Salesforce describe possible environments to review; product, plan and API support must be confirmed for your scope. No vendor partnership or prebuilt connector is implied.
Something your team
can operate.
- A field ownership and event mapping specification
- A scoped connection using supported interfaces where available
- Duplicate prevention, error visibility and reconciliation checks
- A handover pack covering credentials, updates and recovery
How we check it works
- Send the same accepted quote twice and verify one destination record.
- Test a changed billing address and confirm the approved ownership rule.
- Remove a required field and make the failure actionable for staff.
- Test revoked credentials and reconnect without losing queued work.
Checks are adapted to the selected workflow and signed off with the responsible team before wider use.
Scope the work
before the build.
Begin with sample-led discovery: the sources, decisions, exceptions and supported interfaces. Agree a bounded pilot, compare it with the current process and complete the recovery and handover checks before rollout.
Multi-team investigation and implementation can run across several days and reporting cycles. The written proposal separates consultant effort, elapsed delivery time, licensing, training and ongoing support. A fixed one-day promise would hide the work needed.
Is an off-the-shelf connector enough?
It may be. We compare the supported records, update rules, permissions, failure handling and ongoing cost against your actual workflow. Custom implementation is proposed where a supported feature or existing connector leaves a material gap.
