Who to contact
For questions about this website or your information, email support@114labs.com. Registered address: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
Website delivery and security
Our Hostinger hosting processes technical information, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to serve the website and investigate abuse. We use this information for the legitimate interests of operating and protecting the site. Technical records are restricted to people who need them for these purposes; provider retention arrangements apply.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand page use and selected interactions, such as opening the project guide, viewing the brand film or downloading a brief. Analytics can process device and browser information, the page path, an online identifier and approximate location. We remove query strings and fragments from the page location and referrer we send. We do not send enquiry answers or contact details as analytics events. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our implementation.
Analytics is optional. Google tags do not load until you select Allow analytics. Essential only keeps them off. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement and removes the Google Analytics cookies we can access. It does not automatically erase information already processed by Google.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your choice in local browser storage under 114-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. Your motion preference lasts for the tab session. After analytics consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and property-specific _ga_ cookies, normally lasting up to two years, subject to browser restrictions and the configured tag behaviour. The staff administration area uses a secure session cookie for authentication. The enquiry form uses a secure session cookie to validate requests and prevent abuse. These are not used for advertising.
Project guide and email
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, reply email, country and the business context you choose to provide, including any optional turnover or income band. We save the enquiry in a restricted database and notify our support mailbox through Hostinger. We use this information to respond to your request and, where applicable, take steps towards a contract. If you email us directly, we use that correspondence for the same purpose. No marketing subscription is created. We use Hostinger email for correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, sensitive beneficiary records or confidential operational datasets in an initial enquiry.
Service providers and international processing
Hostinger supplies hosting and email. Google supplies optional analytics. Their services can involve processing outside the United Kingdom. Relevant provider contractual safeguards apply to their services; contact us if you need more information about a particular transfer before sharing sensitive material. Read Google’s privacy policy and Hostinger’s privacy policy for their processing practices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, object to processing or request portability. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact support@114labs.com with your request; we may need to verify your identity appropriately. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
Retention and future features
We keep correspondence only for its business purpose and applicable record-keeping needs. Ask us about your specific records rather than assuming they are retained indefinitely. Booking, payments and newsletter subscriptions are not active in this release. We will explain their data use and choices before activating them. Links to associated projects lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices.
